The tech market in Ukraine has experienced significant growth over the recent years, with the most active dynamics over the past 5 years. In March 2023, the IT export volume increased by 9.7%. This brought $53 million more to the Ukrainian budget compared to February. In addition, these indicators are 15% or $79 million higher compared to March 2022. By 2025, the number of IT individual entrepreneurs is predicted to rise to 347,000.
More than half of DeepTech and AI Industry companies (52%) are engaged in Software & Services, as of Q3 2023. It is followed by Internet Media & Services with the share of about 10%. Nearly one-fifth of companies work in EdTech, HealthTech, Industrial IoT, E-Commerce, GovTech, and Defence.
